While many are adapting to the current environment it certainly has put a strain on leaders, teams and organizations in unexpected ways. Session Leader: Kevin Sensenig, Ph.D., RODP
Kevin is the President of Interaction Dynamics Group and a Central PA Chamber Member. He has been working with organizations to navigate this time of uncertainty both domestically and globally. Most notably, he has been working with the Big Ten Conference as they have faced the well-publicized decisions and implications regarding college athletics.
Kevin will be sharing concepts related to Thriving in Uncertain Times and Preparing to Emerge from this time Stronger as a leader, team and organization.

TeaJay Aikey, CEO, Central PA Chamber of Commerce
TeaJay will share how the Chamber has dealt with the pandemic environment while staying focused on members and continued service.
Colleen Fritz, CEO, Heritage Springs Memory Care
Colleen will share how Heritage Springs has handled the COVID crisis as a resident care facility and worked through the difficult decisions required to keep residents, care givers and the community safe.
Sam Haulman, General Manager, Service Electric Cablevision
Sam will discuss the challenges of supporting the region with their cable, phone, and internet needs during the Crisis as restrictions made it more difficult to serve people.
Lauren McDonald, CEO, The Wealth Factory
Lauren will discuss the challenges COVID has created for her small financial planning business and how they made some of the tough decisions to survive this difficult time.
Todd Ross, CEO, T-Ross Brothers Construction
Todd will discuss the challenges of supporting a larger employee base in the region while continuing to move important projects forward.

We want to offer options for you and your team to participate in this valuable leadership symposium. While you may be comfortable joining us in a live setting, we appreciate that there are those who are not comfortable, or able, to participate in a live session. Therefore, we will provide options that may fit you best.
Limited seating will be available in the Smith Room and Board Room as overflow (connected via video)—social distancing will be observed, and we will ask participants to please wear masks during the program. So you are aware, the presenters may remove their masks while speaking to help with sound quality for all participants.
