The Miller Center will be a unique regional collaboration of private enterprise, public recreation, community and regional healthcare, education, community services and research. The 92,000 sq. ft. non-profit center to be opened in Penn House Commons in July 2017 will be located in a repurposed facility at the trail head of the Buffalo Valley Rail Trail.
