Training covers which hours minors can work, what jobs are permitted, and which occupations have been declared hazardous. There will be a review of best practices for employers who hire minors. In addition, OSHA will review the employer’s responsibility to provide a safe and healthy workplace to young and teen workers, and the rights youth workers have on the job. Time will be allocated for Q&A. Attendees will also meet their U.S. Small Business Administration representatives.
