Seminar & Training: Mental Health Awareness

The month of May has been designated as Mental Health Awareness Month.  Lisa Basci, Director of Peer Support & Mental Health First Aid and Lori Humbert, Director of Partial Hospitalization & DBT Programs, will lead a conversation intended to expand our understanding of mental health, the impact that mental health has, how to recognize changes that persons may be experiencing, and the impact mental health has on our work and communities.  It is also the intent to identify resources available in our communities.  Additionally, to talk about self-care strategies related to mental health.
