Once per year, Central PA Chamber members may reserve the Ross Room (board room) or Smith Room (training center) free-of-charge, on a first-come, first-served basis. After that, there is a nominal $15 fee for daytime use, and a $30 fee for evening and weekend use.
In addition, non-members may use the Ross or Smith rooms one time for $75 when there is availability. Additional uses would require Central PA Chamber membership.
Either room may be used 24/7 and are equipped with TVs, speakers, wifi, HDMI and wireless connections. There is also a coffee bar in the Ross Room. Refreshments and meals may be brought in, and we encourage our members to utilize other members’ services.
