We are a Real Estate Investment Company. We are a "community" minded company in which we are looking to HELP people. Your average real estate investment company looks to do whole sale deals, buy homes for long and short term investments and put AirBnB's out there to make large amounts of money for themselves. We at LMJJ Creative Property Solutions are going to help you in every way we can. For example. If you need to sell your home for any reason such as: foreclosure, relocation, divorce, unaffordable repairs or an inherited property you just don't know what to do with or just don't want, just call us. We will buy your house all cash, in any condition and close when you want. And we can possibly even put cash in your pocket. Also we want to help our community by putting in 3 AirBnB's where we really see a need. Our local hospital has traveling nurses that have a hard time finding lodging. They end up driving long periods of time after working long shifts to where ever they find lodging. In turn they get less sleep to get up early to drive the long way back for their next shift. Our wonderful free admission amusement park has a 1-2 year waiting list to book a cabin there. A then our Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area has no where for people who enjoy this sport to spend the weekend. We want to find and help whatever it is our community wants and needs and make it a WIN-WIN for everyone!
