About
The Northeast Training Institute is a modern training center offering classes catered toward both seasoned inspectors and anyone looking to begin their career in the inspection field. Our curriculum carries credit weight, fulfilling credit requirements and also prepares students to take either state or InterNACHI based certification exams. Students are taught by InterNACHI Certified Master Inspectors and will have access to our exclusive feature: the House of Horrors® - a 2,400ft2 residential home built within our facility boasting over 1,000 imbedded defects. Students will use this mock-up for applied, hands-on training. Ours is the 3rd and largest of its kind, exhibiting building methods and materials common to the American northeast. Classes range from basic entry-level courses for entrants and advanced courses, including PA Labor & Industry CEU training, for current UCC inspectors. Classes provide students with the content to pass the certification exam, the know-how to excel in the industry, and a networking experience to help support upstarts.
