We make herbal remedy teas. You are welcome to a free cup of tea when you stop in. Tell us what's bothering you, (headache, stress, blood pressure, etc.) and we'll blend a tea to help you feel better. We teach Tai Chi and other martial arts. We also have classes in bamboo flute making, tea blending and pressure point self-care. Preston started Kung Fu in 1978. Barbara started when they met in 1987. Together, they have been learning, teaching and helping people feel better. Come enjoy a unique experience and a free personally blended cup of tea.
