At Transitions of PA, we’re more than just a service provider – we’re a lifeline. As a comprehensive center, we support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other serious crimes with trauma-informed care that restores dignity, hope, and safety. From crisis intervention (hotline and emergency housing) to counseling, medical and legal advocacy, housing support, supervised visitation, monitored custody exchange, civil legal representation, and prevention education, we walk alongside each person on their journey to healing. Our mission is to build a stronger, safer community where survivors can not only survive but thrive.
