Through Workforce Development Pathways, I provide leadership and professional development training, coaching and consulting to businesses, colleges, workforce organizations and public-sector clients. I work with employees at every level, from frontline workers and new supervisors to senior leaders and executive teams. My areas of focus include leadership, communication, coaching, change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence and team development, along with Everything DiSC assessments, 360-degree feedback and one-on-one executive coaching.
