The Eastern Pennsylvania Alliance for Clean Transportation is a 501(c)(3) membership-based non-profit corporation that is a part of the national Clean Cities & Communities program designated by the U.S. Department of Energy. We serve 34 counties in central and eastern Pennsylvania. OUR MISSION & VISION is to foster petroleum reduction within the transportation sector by encouraging the transition to alternative fuels, vehicles, and technologies that displace petroleum. We are committed to environmental stewardship, economic development, and energy security throughout Pennsylvania by the use of alternatives to gasoline and diesel within the transportation sector.
